Important Information

These conditions govern bookings made through the website and/or partner channels (e.g., OTAs)

  • Check-in

    • Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00.

    • Any special requirements (e.g. late arrival) must be arranged at least 3 days in advance of arrival, subject to availability.

    • No reception available: please communicate your estimated arrival time to avoid waiting and ensure the best welcome.

  • Parking (on reservation)

    Private parking is available on site upon reservation, at the customer’s expense, at a cost of €15.00 per day and until availability runs out (subject to confirmation by the property).

  • Tourist Tax

    Booking prices are net of the tourist tax, which must be paid at the property according to Rome City Council rules.

  • Credit Cards and Preauthorization

    To guarantee the booking, a valid credit card may be required.
    The property reserves the right to:

    • perform a preauthorization on the provided card, up to the booking amount; and/or

    • charge the card in cases provided by these conditions (e.g. late cancellation/no-show).​

    Note: prepaid cards are not recommended unless they have sufficient funds to cover any potential charge or preauthorization.

  • Cancellation Terms

    Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the arrival date.
    Beyond this period, or in case of no-show (no-show), the full booking amount will be retained/charged to the provided guarantee card.
